Policies

• Due to the nature of our ‘out of office’ service there are acts of God that are beyond control such as but not limited to, inclement weather such as rain, snow, sleet, hail, lightning, thunder, earthquakes, heavy winds, etc. It is the duty of the event host to notify us of any inclement weather at the events location within 4 hours of the scheduled event. The event may be rescheduled and or funds returned less the non refundable deposit on a case to case basis. If inclement weather poses a risk during the event, we may prorate the event fees. This is dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

 

• Reserved parking is mandatory for our vehicle and trailer. We need a safe and adequate location to unload and load our animals and equipment. Our unit can be up to 40 feet in length. If there is not parking to load and unload your event may be subjected to a 500$ fee. There will be no set up on hills

 

• Please be sure to provide a safe and debris free area for our farm animals. This area needs to be a minimum of 12 feet by 12 feet although a bigger area allows

for more animals and more room for participants to enjoy said farm animals. The area needs to be free of landscaping as the animals will consume and destroy all forms of plant life. Some items can be poisonous to the animals. Keeping all landscaping out of reach ensures our animal’s well-being. Keep in mind if the area is grassy, damage may occur and we will not be held liable

 

• We reserve the right to include or exclude animals for any reason to consider their health and well-being.

 

All events will include wrangler for the duration of the event.

Additional animals are available on a first come first serve basis.

Events indoors or on concrete will be added a 25$ charge for shavings.

All Events over 100km will be charged 1.25 per km milage. The milage will be included in the quote.

All events include insurance in the quote.

 

 

Please take note of the following rules

 

• ALL children must be supervised at all times. We will not be responsible for injuries or accidents.

• Our animals are living and breathing creatures. No running, chasing, hitting, kicking, stepping on yelling at, throwing at, picking up or exhibiting any threatening behavior towards the animals. You will be asked to leave.

• No climbing or sitting on our pens or fencing is allowed. Damages to our equipment will be the sole responsibility of the event host.

• All outside food and drinks are not permitted in the zoo zone for the safety of the animals and people. Designated foods will be supplied and permitted as needed

• NO outside animals are allowed in the zoo area for safety and biosecurity reasons. This includes service animals

• Footwear required inside the zoo

• No smoking is allowed anywhere near our animals or handlers.

• Hand sanitizer is provided near our animal zone as well as wipes as needed. Wash stations are recommended by AHS but we do not provide these.

 

If at any time the party becomes unsafe or dangerous, we reserve the right to leave, although this is a last resort and refunds or credits will be applied should the situation arise.
